SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Orders are shipped via USPS but UPS may be used when necessary. Once your order has shipped we will receive an email with your tracking information. We are not responsible for any shipping delays caused by the weather or shipping carriers.

Our order system is only calculating shipping in the USA. For international shipments please contact us for a quote. The purchaser is responsible for any duties and taxes incurred with shipping internationals.

ORDER DAMAGES

We are not responsible for any damage that happens during shipping, but we help resolve the issue with the shipping carrier. If your order arrives damaged, notify us via email, info@njlinnovations.com, immediately. Please provide images of the damage. The resolution will be determined by the shipping carrier and not N&JL Innovations.

RETURNS

All orders are final sale and returns will only be accepted if there is a defect with the product. If your product does have a defect, please notify us immediately via email at, info@njlinnovations.com and provide an explanation and photos of the defect(s). We will send a return address label for you to return your order and a refund will be issued once we have received your product and have processed your return. We will issue the refund to the credit card used to make the purchase. Refunds typically takes 5-10 business days to process.

Clothing that has damage or wear and tear because of use are not eligible for a refund. If such items are returned and are shown to have been worn you will not receive a refund, but can pay the shipping to have the item(s) returned to y0u. Refunds are at the discretion of N&JL Innovations.
